As a Sales Cadet, you’ll work closely with a Senior Sales Agent ( including Melbourne's leading sales agent ), gaining hands-on experience and learning the ropes of property sales in a fast-paced, supportive environment. This role provides exposure to the full spectrum of residential properties from first-home buyer apartments and investor stock to premium inner-city homes, giving you a well-rounded foundation for future success. What You’ll Do Assist with property inspections and open homes Prepare marketing materials and listing presentations Liaise with clients, buyers, and internal teams Manage CRM data and follow-up communications Support the Senior Agent with day-to-day sales activities Learn and apply sales techniques and compliance standards What We’re Looking For A genuine interest in real estate and property sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional presentation and a positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Real Estate Certificate IV or willingness to obtain Why Join MICM?
